on CentOS 7.
What is openpgpkey-milter
The openpgpkey-milter package provides a milter plugin for sendmail or postfix that will automatically encrypt plaintext emails if the target recipient is publishing an OPENPGPKEY record protected with DNSSEC. This is currently an IETF draft (draft-wouters-dane-openpgp)
We can use yum
or dnf
to install openpgpkey-milter
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install openpgpkey-milter.
Install openpgpkey-milter on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
After updating yum database, We can install openpgpkey-milter
using yum
by running the following command:

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
