What is oem-config-debconf

oem-config-debconf is:

The oem-config script re-asks a number of questions that are normally asked during installation, and reconfigures the system accordingly. This allows a vendor to install a skeleton system, clone it onto a large number of machines, and ship it to end users, while still allowing end users to set up their own username and password, language, timezone, and so on.

This is a frontend to oem-config that simply arranges for questions to be asked using the normal debconf frontend.

There are three methods to install oem-config-debconf on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install oem-config-debconf Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
