How To Install octave-strings on Ubuntu 22.04

This package provides additional functions to manipulate strings in Octave, including the possibility to decode from and encode into base64, and using Perl-compatible regular expressions.
This Octave add-on package is part of the Octave-Forge project.
There are three methods to install octave-strings on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
