How To Install octave-sockets on Kali Linux

What is octave-sockets
octave-sockets is:
This package provides functions to work with sockets in octave, mimicking the Unix socket API (socket, connect, disconnect, gethostbyname, send, recv, bind, listen, and accept)
This Octave add-on package is part of the Octave-Forge project.
There are three methods to install octave-sockets on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install octave-sockets Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
