How To Install oar-user on Ubuntu 20.04

What is oar-user
oar-user is:
OAR is a versatile resource and task manager (also called a batch scheduler) for clusters and other computing infrastructures
This package install the submission and query part of the OAR batch scheduler.
There are three methods to install oar-user on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
