What is nuxwdog

The nuxwdog package supplies the nuxwdog watchdog daemon, used to start,stop, prompt for passwords and monitor processes. It also contains C/C++ and Perl client code to allow clients to interact with the nuxwdog watchdog daemon. Update yum database with yum using the following command.

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

How To Uninstall nuxwdog on CentOS 7

To uninstall only the nuxwdog package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove nuxwdog
