How To Install numpy-stl on Kali Linux

Numpy-STL is a library for working with STL files (and 3D objects in general) in the Python language. Due to all operations heavily relying on Numpy this is one of the fastest STL editing libraries for Python available.
This package contains tools to convert between the ascii and binary stl file format versions, using Numpy-STL.
There are three methods to install numpy-stl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install numpy-stl Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install numpy-stl using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install numpy-stlInstall numpy-stl Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install numpy-stl using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install numpy-stlInstall numpy-stl Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the numpy-stl package we can use the following command:

To remove numpy-stl configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
