How To Install nova-compute-ironic on Kali Linux

What is nova-compute-ironic

OpenStack is a reliable cloud infrastructure. Its mission is to produce the ubiquitous cloud computing platform that will meet the needs of public and private cloud providers regardless of size, by being simple to implement and massively scalable.
OpenStack Compute, codenamed Nova, is a cloud computing fabric controller designed to be modular and easy to extend and adapt. In addition to its “native” OpenStack API, it also supports the Amazon EC2 API, and it supports many different database backends (including SQLite, MySQL, and PostgreSQL), hypervisors (KVM, Xen), and user directory systems (LDAP, SQL).
This is a dependency package for compute nodes using Ironic.
There are three methods to install nova-compute-ironic on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install nova-compute-ironic Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install nova-compute-ironic using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install nova-compute-ironicInstall nova-compute-ironic Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install nova-compute-ironic using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the nova-compute-ironic package we can use the following command:

To uninstall nova-compute-ironic and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove nova-compute-ironicRemove nova-compute-ironic Configurations and Data
To remove nova-compute-ironic configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge nova-compute-ironicRemove nova-compute-ironic configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove nova-compute-ironic configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
