What is nordugrid-arc-cache-service

NorduGrid is a collaboration aiming at development, maintenance and support of the free Grid middleware, known as the Advanced Resource Connector (ARC). This package contains the ARC cache service. It provides a way to perform some operations on the A-REX cache remotely. It can be especially helpful for data management within a pilot job framework.

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

How To Uninstall nordugrid-arc-cache-service on CentOS 7

To uninstall only the nordugrid-arc-cache-service package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove nordugrid-arc-cache-service
