What is nodejs-url2
This module builds upon the existing URL module in Node.js, but adds relative(source, target) which returns the shortest relative path between any two equally qualified URLs. If the paths are not equally qualified, it returns the target. In addition, this package augments the URL object definition as returned by parse and consumed by format.
We can use yum or dnf to install nodejs-url2 on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install nodejs-url2.
Install nodejs-url2 on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install nodejs-url2 using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install nodejs-url2
Install nodejs-url2 on CentOS 7 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install nodejs-url2 using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install nodejs-url2
How To Uninstall nodejs-url2 on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the nodejs-url2 package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove nodejs-url2
