How To Install node-static on Ubuntu 20.04

What is node-static
node-static is:
node-static has an in-memory file cache, making it highly efficient. It understands and supports conditional GET and HEAD requests. It was inspired by some of the other static-file serving modules, such as node-paperboy and antinode.
Node.js is an event-based server-side javascript engine.
There are three methods to install node-static
on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install node-static Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install node-static
using apt-get

Install node-static Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude

How To Uninstall node-static on Ubuntu 20.04
To uninstall only the node-static
package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove node-static
Remove node-static Configurations and Data
To remove node-static
configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge node-static
