How To Install node-sqlite3 on Kali Linux

What is node-sqlite3
node-sqlite3 is:
node-sqlite3 provides asynchronous, non-blocking SQLite3 bindings for Node.js. Its features are:
- straightforward query and parameter binding interface;
- full Buffer/Blob support;
- extensive debugging support;
- query serialization API;
- extension support.
Node.js is an event-based server-side javascript engine.
There are three methods to install node-sqlite3 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install node-sqlite3 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install node-sqlite3 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install node-sqlite3Install node-sqlite3 Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install node-sqlite3 using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the node-sqlite3 package we can use the following command:

To uninstall node-sqlite3 and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove node-sqlite3Remove node-sqlite3 Configurations and Data
To remove node-sqlite3 configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge node-sqlite3Remove node-sqlite3 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove node-sqlite3 configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
