How To Install node-d3-transition on Ubuntu 18.04

What is node-d3-transition
node-d3-transition is:
A transition is a selection-like interface for animating changes to the DOM. Instead of applying changes instantaneously, transitions smoothly interpolate the DOM from its current state to the desired target state over a given duration.

There are three methods to install node-d3-transition on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
