How To Install node-css-loader on Kali Linux

What is node-css-loader

node-css-loader is:

Webpack takes code targeted at node.js and makes it run in the browser. Node.js comes with API of its own that is not available in the browsers. Webpack exposes this code to programs that are unaware they are running in a browser.

Node.js is an event-based server-side JavaScript engine.

There are three methods to install node-css-loader on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install node-css-loader Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install node-css-loader using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install node-css-loader

Install node-css-loader Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install node-css-loader using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install node-css-loader

Install node-css-loader Using aptitude

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

sudo aptitude update

After updating apt database, We can install node-css-loader using aptitude by running the following command:

sudo aptitude -y install node-css-loader

How To Uninstall node-css-loader on Kali Linux

To uninstall only the node-css-loader package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get remove node-css-loader

Uninstall node-css-loader And Its Dependencies

To uninstall node-css-loader and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove node-css-loader

Remove node-css-loader Configurations and Data

To remove node-css-loader configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge node-css-loader
