How To Install node-commander on Kali Linux

What is node-commander
node-commander is:
Commander is a light-weight, expressive, and powerful command-line framework for Node.js.
Inspired by Ruby’s commander, this Node.js module provides command line option parsing, automated/customizable help texts, command line prompting password query, and many more features.
Node.js is an event-based server-side JavaScript engine.
There are three methods to install node-commander on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install node-commander Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install node-commander using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install node-commanderInstall node-commander Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install node-commander using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install node-commanderInstall node-commander Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install node-commander using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the node-commander package we can use the following command:

To uninstall node-commander and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:

To remove node-commander configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge node-commanderRemove node-commander configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
