How To Install node-change-case on Ubuntu 22.04

What is node-change-case
node-change-case is:

This package currently ships a subset of the modules included in upstream mono repo.

There are three methods to install node-change-case on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install node-change-case Using apt-get
