How To Install node-almond on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install node-almond on Kali Linux.
What is node-almond
node-almond is:
Some developers like to use the AMD API to code modular JavaScript, but after doing an optimized build, they do not want to include a full AMD loader like RequireJS, since they do not need all that functionality.
In the context of Javascript modules, AMD refers to a format specification which makes modules easier to use. See http://requirejs.org/docs/whyamd.html#amd
Some use cases, like mobile, are very sensitive to file sizes.
By including almond in the built file, there is no need for RequireJS. almond is around 1 kilobyte when minified with Closure Compiler and gzipped.
There are three methods to install node-almond on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install node-almond Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install node-almond using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install node-almondInstall node-almond Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install node-almond using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the node-almond package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove node-almondUninstall node-almond And Its Dependencies
To uninstall node-almond and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove node-almondRemove node-almond Configurations and Data
To remove node-almond configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge node-almondRemove node-almond configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove node-almond configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
