What is node-accepts

node-accepts is:

Higher level content negotiation based on negotiator.

In addition to negotiator, it allows:

  • Allows types as an array or arguments list, ie (['text/html', 'application/json']) as well as ('text/html', 'application/json').
  • Allows type shorthands such as json.
  • Returns false when no types match
  • Treats non-existent headers as *

Node.js is an event-based server-side JavaScript engine.

There are three methods to install node-accepts on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install node-accepts Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install node-accepts using apt-get by running the following command:
