How To Install nml on Debian 9

What is nml
nml is:
NML is a python-based compiler, capable of compiling NML (NewGRF Meta Language) files (along with their associated language, sound and graphic files) into grf and / or nfo files (which can serve as datafiles for the OpenTTD or TTDPatch games).
There are three methods to install nml on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install nml Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install nml using apt-get by running the following command:
