How To Install nm-tray-l10n on Debian 10

nm-tray-l10n is:
nm-tray is a simple NetworkManager front end with information icon residing in system tray (like e.g. nm-applet).
This package contains the l10n files needed by nm-tray.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
