How To Install nghttp2 on Debian 9

In this tutorial we learn how to install nghttp2 on Debian 9.
What is nghttp2
nghttp2 is:
This package will install a set of programs implementing the HTTP/2 protocol: a standalone server (nghttp2-server), a reverse proxy (nghttp2-proxy) and a client (nghttp2-client). It provides no files on its own and is not necessary for these programs to work.
There are three methods to install nghttp2 on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install nghttp2 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install nghttp2 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install nghttp2

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install nghttp2 using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove nghttp2

To remove nghttp2 configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge nghttp2
