How To Install nfs-ganesha-proxy on Ubuntu 18.04

NFS-GANESHA is a NFS Server running in user space with a large cache. It comes with various backend modules to support different file systems and namespaces. Supported name spaces are POSIX, PROXY, SNMP, FUSE-like, HPSS, LUSTRE, XFS and ZFS. This package contains a library for a FSAL_PROXY

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

Install nfs-ganesha-proxy Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

Remove nfs-ganesha-proxy configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove nfs-ganesha-proxy configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge nfs-ganesha-proxy
