How To Install nfs-ganesha-ceph on Kali Linux

What is nfs-ganesha-ceph
nfs-ganesha-ceph is:
NFS-GANESHA is a NFS Server running in user space with a large cache. It comes with various backend modules to support different file systems and namespaces. Supported name spaces are POSIX, PROXY, SNMP, FUSE-like, HPSS, LUSTRE, XFS and ZFS. This package contains a library for a FSAL_CEPH and an example ceph.conf file
There are three methods to install nfs-ganesha-ceph on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install nfs-ganesha-ceph Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install nfs-ganesha-ceph using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install nfs-ganesha-ceph using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the nfs-ganesha-ceph package we can use the following command:

To uninstall nfs-ganesha-ceph and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove nfs-ganesha-cephRemove nfs-ganesha-ceph Configurations and Data
To remove nfs-ganesha-ceph configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge nfs-ganesha-cephRemove nfs-ganesha-ceph configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove nfs-ganesha-ceph configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge nfs-ganesha-cephDependencies
