What is netwox-doc
netwox-doc is:
Toolbox netwox helps to find and solve network problems.
It provides more than 200 tools :
- sniff, spoof
- clients, servers
- DNS, FTP, HTTP, IRC, NNTP, SMTP, SNMP, SYSLOG, TELNET, TFTP
- scan, ping traceroute
- etc.
Those tools can be used to quickly spot a problem in a complex network. They are oriented towards network administrators and security auditors.

There are three methods to install netwox-doc
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install netwox-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install netwox-doc
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install netwox-doc

After updating apt database, We can install netwox-doc

Install netwox-doc Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install netwox-doc
using aptitude
