How To Install mustang on Debian 9

What is mustang
mustang is:
Mustang is an algorithm to align multiple protein structures. Given a set of PDB files, the program uses the spatial information in the Calpha atoms of the set to produce a sequence alignment. Based on a progressive pairwise heuristic the algorithm then proceeds through a number of refinement passes. Mustang reports the multiple sequence alignment and the corresponding superposition of structures.
There are three methods to install mustang on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install mustang Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install mustang using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install mustang
Install mustang Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install mustang using apt by running the following command:

Install mustang Using aptitude
