What is murano-common

murano-common is:

Murano Project introduces an application catalog, which allows application developers and cloud administrators to publish various cloud-ready applications in a browsable categorised catalog, which may be used by the cloud users (including the inexperienced ones) to pick-up the needed applications and services and composes the reliable environments out of them in a “push-the-button” manner.

This package contains common files to all Murano servers.

There are three methods to install murano-common on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install murano-common Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install murano-common using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install murano-common
