How To Install mrbayes on Kali Linux

What is mrbayes
mrbayes is:
Bayesian inference of phylogeny is based upon a quantity called the posterior probability distribution of trees, which is the probability of a tree conditioned on the observations. The conditioning is accomplished using Bayes’s theorem. The posterior probability distribution of trees is impossible to calculate analytically; instead, MrBayes uses a simulation technique called Markov chain Monte Carlo (or MCMC) to approximate the posterior probabilities of trees.
There are three methods to install mrbayes on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install mrbayes Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install mrbayes using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install mrbayesInstall mrbayes Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.

To remove mrbayes configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
