How To Install monteverdi on Kali Linux

What is monteverdi

monteverdi is:

ORFEO Toolbox (OTB) is distributed as an open source library of image processing algorithms. OTB is based on the medical image processing library ITK and offers particular functionalities for remote sensing image processing in general and for high spatial resolution images in particular.

This package contains the monteverdi and mapla graphical applications.

There are three methods to install monteverdi on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install monteverdi Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install monteverdi using apt-get by running the following command:
