What is mono-apache-server4

mono-apache-server4 is:

mono-apache-server contains the backend for mod_mono. It lets you run ASP.NET web applications via Apache. mod_mono will call mono-apache-server to parse and compile the aspx code.

This package requires you to install libapache2-mod-mono for Apache 2.0.

There are three methods to install mono-apache-server4 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install mono-apache-server4 Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install mono-apache-server4 using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update
