Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install monkeysphere
on CentOS 7.
What is monkeysphere
SSH key-based authentication is tried-and-true, but it lacks a true Public Key Infrastructure for key certification, revocation and expiration. Monkeysphere is a framework that uses the OpenPGP web of trust for these PKI functions. It can be used in both directions authenticate users.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install monkeysphere
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install monkeysphere.
Install monkeysphere on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum

After updating yum database, We can install monkeysphere
using yum
