What is monitorix
Monitorix is a free, open source, lightweight system monitoring tool designed to monitor as many services and system resources as possible. It has been created to be used under production Linux/UNIX servers, but due to its simplicity and small size may also be used on embedded devices as well.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install monitorix
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install monitorix.
Install monitorix on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
After updating yum database, We can install monitorix
using yum
