How To Install modemmanager-doc on Ubuntu 22.04

What is modemmanager-doc
modemmanager-doc is:
ModemManager is a DBus-activated daemon which controls mobile broadband (2G/3G/4G/5G) devices and connections. If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
