How To Install membernator on Kali Linux

Introduction

In this tutorial we learn how to install membernator on Kali Linux.

What is membernator

membernator is:

membernator is a tool that can be used to scan membership cards and establish if they’re valid or not against a CSV database. It relies on a graphical user interface and can be used by typing IDs manually or using a barcode scanner.

There are three methods to install membernator on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install membernator Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install membernator using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install membernator

Install membernator Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install membernator using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install membernator

Install membernator Using aptitude
