How To Install malaga-mode on Ubuntu 18.04

What is malaga-mode

Malaga is a system for implementing natural language analysers: both grammars and morphologies can be created. You will not be needing this package if you do not intend to do research on computer linguistics or develop computer programs that need to do advanced processing of natural languages.
This package contains the emacs malaga-mode.

Install malaga-mode Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install malaga-mode using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install malaga-mode
How To Uninstall malaga-mode on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the malaga-mode package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove malaga-mode
Uninstall malaga-mode And Its Dependencies
To uninstall malaga-mode and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove malaga-mode

To remove malaga-mode configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge malaga-mode
