How To Install maitreya on Ubuntu 18.04

What is maitreya
maitreya is:
Free software for western and Vedic astrology (Jyotish). Supports classical Vedic astrology, KP system and parts of Jaimini system. Western part includes Uranian astrology. Platforms: Win32, Linux and UNIX.
There are three methods to install maitreya
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get
