How To Install madplay on Kali Linux

on Kali Linux.
What is madplay
madplay is:
MAD is an MPEG audio decoder. It currently only supports the MPEG 1 standard, but fully implements all three audio layers (Layer I, Layer II, and Layer III, the latter often colloquially known as MP3.). There is also full support for ID3 tags.
All work is done in fixed point, so it even works on machines without an FPU.
There are three methods to install madplay
on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update

How To Uninstall madplay on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the madplay
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove madplay

and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove madplay
Remove madplay Configurations and Data
To remove madplay
configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge madplay
