This is a telnet daemon that uses Mikrotiks proprietary MAC-Telnet protocol. You will be enabled to “mac-telnet” from Linux machines with mactelnet-client or Mikrotik RouterOS devices which already has tools for this.

Install mactelnet-server Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
