How To Install lxqt on Ubuntu 18.04

This package is a metapackage meant to provide all components of LXQt plus some recommended components to provide a nearly feature complete desktop environment.
There are three methods to install lxqt
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install lxqt Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install lxqt

How To Uninstall lxqt on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the lxqt
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove lxqt
Uninstall lxqt And Its Dependencies
To uninstall lxqt
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove lxqt
Remove lxqt Configurations and Data

configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge lxqt
