How To Install lxqt-sudo on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install lxqt-sudo on Kali Linux.
What is lxqt-sudo
lxqt-sudo is:
lxqt-sudo is a graphical QT frontend for plain sudo(8) (for requesting optional password in GUI fashion). When invoked it simply spawns child sudo process with requested command (and arguments). If sudo requests user’s password, the GUI password dialog is shown and (after submit) the password is provided to sudo.
There are three methods to install lxqt-sudo on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install lxqt-sudo Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install lxqt-sudo using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install lxqt-sudoInstall lxqt-sudo Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install lxqt-sudo using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install lxqt-sudoInstall lxqt-sudo Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the lxqt-sudo package we can use the following command:

To remove lxqt-sudo configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
