How To Install lv on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install lv on Kali Linux.
What is lv
lv is:
lv is a powerful file viewer like less. lv can decode and encode multilingual streams through many coding systems: ISO-8859, ISO-2022, EUC, SJIS, Big5, HZ, Unicode.
It recognizes multi-bytes patterns as regular expressions, lv also provides multilingual grep. In addition, lv can recognize ANSI escape sequences for text decoration.
There are three methods to install lv on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install lv Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install lv using apt-get by running the following command:
