What is ltspfsd

ltspfsd is:

LtspFS is a remote filesystem consisting of two parts:

  1. A network server daemon that runs on the LTSP terminal.
  2. A FUSE module that runs in userspace on the server, that connects with the daemon on the client.

This package contains hooks to automount devices in LTSP sessions, specifically logins using LDM.

There are three methods to install ltspfsd on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install ltspfsd Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install ltspfsd using apt-get by running the following command:
