How To Install lowdown on Debian 11

In this tutorial we learn how to install lowdown on Debian 11.
What is lowdown
lowdown is:
Lowdown is a Markdown translator producing HTML5, roff documents in the ms and man formats, LaTeX, gemini, and terminal output.
Beyond traditional Markdown syntax support, lowdown supports the following Markdown features and extensions:

There are three methods to install lowdown on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install lowdown Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
