Lookup provides a simple and unified interface on emacsen to search various dictionaries, such as EPWING CD-ROMs, NDTP servers, DICT servers, and so on.
To use EPWING CD-ROMs, install the eblook package or the ndtpd package. To use dictd dictionaries, install the dictd package.
There are three methods to install lookup-el on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
