What is loki-doc

loki-doc is:

Performs Markov chain Monte Carlo multipoint linkage analysis on large, complex pedigrees. The current package supports analyses on quantitative traits only, although this restriction will be lifted in later versions. Joint estimation of QTL number, position and effects uses Reversible Jump MCMC. It is also possible to perform affected only IBD sharing analyses.

There are three methods to install loki-doc on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install loki-doc Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install loki-doc using apt-get by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install loki-doc using apt by running the following command:
