How To Install login on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install login on Kali Linux.
What is login
login is:
This package provides some required infrastructure for logins and for changing effective user or group IDs, including:
- login, the program that invokes a user shell on a virtual terminal;
- nologin, a dummy shell for disabled user accounts;
- su, a basic tool for executing commands as root or another user.
There are three methods to install login on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install login Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install login using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install loginInstall login Using apt
