LogService is a system that simplifies this task. It acts as a common base between an application and it’s visualisation tools. It also provides a mechanism to classify and filter messages in a general way and other functions are needed to monitor distributed applications.
The service is named LogCentral.
There are three methods to install logcentral
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install logcentral Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install logcentral
using apt-get
by running the following command:
