How To Install loadwatch on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install loadwatch on Kali Linux.
What is loadwatch
loadwatch is:
loadwatch forks a child process and only allows it to run when the system load meets user-defined parameters. It allows you to specify that a program should run only if the load is below a specified point, and will stop it when that point is reached. When the load falls below a second specified point, the program will be continued. The user can also specify the system load sampling period.
There are three methods to install loadwatch on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install loadwatch Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install loadwatch using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install loadwatchInstall loadwatch Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install loadwatch using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the loadwatch package we can use the following command:

To uninstall loadwatch and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove loadwatchRemove loadwatch Configurations and Data
To remove loadwatch configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge loadwatchRemove loadwatch configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove loadwatch configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
