How To Install lilv-utils on Debian 10

In this tutorial we learn how to install lilv-utils on Debian 10.
What is lilv-utils
lilv-utils is:
Lilv (formerly SLV2) is a library for LV2 hosts intended to make using LV2 Plugins as simple as possible (without sacrificing capabilities).
Lilv is the successor to SLV2, rewritten to be significantly faster and have minimal dependencies.
This package provides the following utilities:
- lv2info - Extract information about an LV2 plugin.
- lv2ls - List all installed LV2 plugins.
There are three methods to install lilv-utils on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install lilv-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install lilv-utils using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install lilv-utils

After updating apt database, We can install lilv-utils using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install lilv-utils

To uninstall only the lilv-utils package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove lilv-utils
