How To Install libzopfli-dev on Kali Linux

What is libzopfli-dev
libzopfli-dev is:
Zopfli Compression Algorithm is a new zlib (gzip, deflate) compatible compressor. This compressor takes more time (~100x slower), but compresses around 5% better than zlib and better than any other zlib-compatible compressor we have found.
This package contains the headers for libzopfli1.
There are three methods to install libzopfli-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libzopfli-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
