How To Install libzmq3-dev on Kali Linux

What is libzmq3-dev
libzmq3-dev is:
?MQ is a library which extends the standard socket interfaces with features traditionally provided by specialised messaging middleware products.

This package contains the ZeroMQ development libraries and header files.
There are three methods to install libzmq3-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libzmq3-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
